Friday, Nov. 23

Tennessee State Parks will offer free, guided hikes at all 56 state parks. Hikes for all ages and abilities will be hosted at state parks from Memphis to Johnson City, including easy, peaceful strolls and rugged excursions. Each hike will be led by an experienced ranger, trained in interpreting the ecological, cultural and historical significance of Tennessee’s state parks.


Saturday, Dec. 1

The 19th annual Country Christmas Bazaar is planned from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church in Martin. The event typically has a variety of quality crafts and gifts by local artists and crafters and home-based businesses. Activities include gift basket, toys and small appliance giveaways.
