NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF TENNESSEE, HENRY COUNTY
WHEREAS, Emily R. Veteto executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Beneficiary, As Nominee For FirstBank, Lender and Wilburn J. Evans, Trustee(s), which was dated March 29, 2018, and recorded on March 29, 2018 in Book 486, Page 130, Instrument Number 137751 in Henry County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Tennessee Housing Development Agency, (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on <B>March 3, 2020, at 12:00PM at the usual and customary location at the Henry County Courthouse, Paris, Tennessee</B>, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Henry County, Tennessee, to wit:
Known as Assessor's Map 106-I, Group E, Parcel 7.00 in the First Civil District of Henry County, Tennessee.
TRACT ONE: Being the east one half of Lot No. 19 in the Grove Park Addition to the City of Paris, Tennessee, as per plat of said Addition to record in the Register's Office of Henry County, Tennessee, in Deed Book 27, page 260, which said Addition is the same tract of land conveyed to Charles M. Jones and wife, Bonnie Jones by deed of Chancery Court, recorded in the Register's Office in Deed Book 3, at page 102, being 50 by 75 feet and bounded on west side by Vaden Waddy; East by Madison Street: South by Cemetery; and north by B. C. Alexander.
TRACT TWO: Beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of Dale Avenue and Madison Street; running thence west with the south margin of the Dale Avenue 75 feet to a stake; running South 100 feet to a stake; running thence East 75 feet to the west margin of Madison Street; running thence North with the west margin of Madison Street 100 feet to the beginning, and being the east ends of Lots 17 and 18 in Block C of the Grove Park Addition to the City of Paris, a plat of which is of record in Deed Book 27, page 260, in the Register's Office of Henry County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made.
This being the same real property conveyed to Emily R. Veteto by deed of Janet E. Duncan dated March 28, 2018 and of record in Record Book 486, pages 128-129 in the Register's Office of Henry County, Tennessee.

The sale of the property described above shall be subject to all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against said property for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the premises might disclose; and
All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
