Henry County School System will return to full in-person instruction next week, according to an announcement made Monday afternoon.
According to the school's social media page, the school system will update to Yellow Phase on Monday, March 15, because of a significant reduction in the COVID-19 virus in the Henry County area.
Students will be expected to attend classes in person at Henry County High School, Grove School and Harrelson, Henry and Lakewood schools, unless other arrangements have been made with school administration.
All on-campus activities, including extracurricular activities, will require masks and social distancing where possible.
All students in grades 9-12 will discontinue their A/B schedule, and are expected to attend school daily unless other arrangements have been made. Students in Pre-K through eighth grade will also be on their respective campuses for daily instruction, the school said.
