Eiffel Gardens on Volunteer Drive in Paris had a staff appreciation day Sept. 21 to mark the business’s part in parent company Americare Senior Living earning a 2019 Customer Approved award.
The award recognizes senior care organizations in the United States that create an outstanding care experience for their residents.
It is given by Lincoln, Neb.-based health care intelligence firm NRC Health.
Eiffel Gardens is an Americare Senior Living community.
“Americare is very proud of this recognition because it comes from our local residents and families telling others that they like what we do,” said Clay Crosson, president.
“Our Eiffel Gardens staff is dedicated to helping our seniors and their families live happier lives by providing the essential care they need to maintain their independence,” he said.
Only 20 independent living, assisted living or skilled nursing organizations earned the Customer Approved award. They were selected according to the results from NRC Health’s 2018 Resident and Family Experience survey.
Americare was established in 1981 and is a privately-held senior living provider.
