Puryear twin sisters to turn 80

Twin sisters Peggy and Sue Cash will be celebrating their 80th birthdays on Friday. The twins have both lived in Puryear for more than 50 years. They are the daughters of the late Claude and Opal Cash of Mayfield. Peggy Cash Dunning (on left in children’s photo and on right in current photo) is married to Gordon Dunning. They have two children, Vicky Dunning (Jerry) Hunt of Cottage Grove and Donald (Teri) Dunning of Paris; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Sue Cash Morton is married to Al Morton. They have two children, Darryl (Connie Casillas) Morton of Gilbert, Ariz., and Cheryl Morton Brashear of Bowling Green, Ky.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A family celebration is planned on Saturday in Puryear.
