Ogie Shaw fitness

Ogie Shaw (center), founder of Community Fitness Leaders, meets with Michelle Webb (left), Grove School vice principal, and Walt Peterson (right), Rotary Club member. Shaw donated Isorobic exercise equipment to the school recently and also spoke to the Rotary Club. Shaw created Community Fitness Leaders training as a way to share his findings with other medical and fitness leaders who shared his commitment to fitness. The Isorobic exercise program is designed using a small inexpensive isokinetic rope friction exercise device that was thoroughly researched by NASA and used by astronauts in the Apollo 11 moon landing. Shaw spends a majority of his time speaking to civic organizations encouraging the purchase of the equipment and placing them in local schools for the benefit of youngsters across the country.
