Two special events are coming to the Krider Performing Arts Center this month. At 2:30 p.m. Dec. 15, the Paris-Henry County Chamber Music Society will present its Christmas concert.

The annual concert will feature many area instrumentalists under the direction of Michael Holden. While it is free to the public, donations will be accepted.

Then, at 7 p.m. Dec. 18, Mike Walker, a resident performer from Branson, Mo., brings his show to KPAC with “Conway and the King.” Walker is a singer who is famous for his performance of the repertoires of Conway Twitty and Elvis Presley.

Walker will also be singing some of his own hit music including “Honey Do,” “Stones in the Road,” and his new hit single “The Ultimate Veteran.”

All seats are reserved at $38 for Walker’s show and are available only at BrownPaperTickets.com or by calling 800-838-3006.

A portion of each ticket sale goes to The Shed project of the Henry County Sheriff’s Department.
