• Ann & Dave’s Kitchen, 2613 E. Wood St., Paris — Oct. 28. Score: 85. Critical violations: improper hot holding temperatures; toxic substances not properly identified, stored or used. A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violations corrected and score adjusted to 95.
