A deer blind was among items reported stolen on Friday at an address on Stewart Road in Paris.
According to a report by Henry County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Carroll, the resident said a trailer was stolen in addition to the deer blind, which was a brown 5-feet-by-5-feet Muddy Creek blind.
The blind was sitting on top of a 5-feet-by-10-feet black trailer on some hunting property he owns on Stewart Road.
The owner said he arrived to check his stands and blinds before the deer season begins and noticed the trailer and blind were both gone.
He said it had been a while since he’d been to the property and seen the blind, so he couldn’t be sure when it was stolen.
The blind is valued at $3,000 and the trailer is valued at $600.
