A wanted man featured on the front page of Wednesday’s Post-Intelligencer was caught later Wednesday morning by the Henry County Sheriff’s Department.
Kevin D. Rogers, 30, of Camden was arrested by Investigator Brian Hall, and he said many stolen items were recovered from him.
Photos of Rogers during an alleged burglary in Henry County were released to media outlets Tuesday. Rogers was shown in a bandana-style mask and a T-shirt saying “Warning: Do Not Touch My Tools or My Daughter.”
Rogers is charged with theft of property over $1,000 and burglary.
Hall commended the community for its support in identifying the man.
“The community gave me great information,” Hall said, “… and I was able to make an arrest and recover most of the items.”
