A Henry home caught fire beyond repair Monday night, leaving no injuries but its residents now homeless in the midst of fierce winter conditions.
The names of the persons living at the house, 3516 Old McKenzie Hwy., were not made available by the Henry Volunteer Fire Department at press time.
Eight firefighters with three fire engines and one tanker vehicle from the Henry VFD arrived at the scene at 8:45 p.m. Monday to deal with the fire, according to Henry Fire Chief Keith Qualls.
They received assistance other agencies, including the Paris Fire Department, Henry County Emergency Services and the Henry County Sheriff’s Department.
