The following three governmental meetings are scheduled during the coming week. All are open to the public.
The Henry County Tourism Authority will meet at 8 a.m. at the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
The Henry County Public Records Committee will meet at 4 p.m. in the conference room at the courthouse.
The Paris Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at Paris city hall.
Pancake Day to benefit Carl Perkins Center
The Carl Perkins Center of Henry County will be hosting its annual pancake day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Orr Fellowship Hall at First Baptist Church.
Tickets bought in advance will be $8. The price is $10 at the door, and children ages 5 and younger eat free. To buy tickets, call the center at 642-8455.
The proceeds go toward the Carl Perkins Center.
Kustoff staff schedules office hours Tuesday
A staff member for U.S. Rep. David Kustoff, R-Germantown, will be available to meet the public from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday in the conference room at the courthouse.
Residents who have questions or comments for the congressman may meet with the staff member during that period.
Paris-Henry County AARP chapter to meet
The Paris-Henry County chapter of the AARP will meet at 8 a.m. Monday for a Dutch treat breakfast.
The meeting will be at Ann & Dave’s Restaurant, Lakeway Village Shopping Center on East Wood Street.
