• Locals, 110 Lakeview Dr., Springville — Oct. 16. Score: 84. Critical violations: hands not clean and properly washed (employee had on gloves and handled raw beef patty, then changed gloves without washing); food not properly separated and protected (cutting board and knife stored on handsink); toxic substances not properly identified, stored or used (toxic sealant stored on shelf above single service items). A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violations corrected and score adjusted to 98.

• TNT Pizza, 14244 Hwy. 79 northeast, Buchanan — Oct. 16. Score: 86. Critical violations: food-contact surfaces not properly cleaned and sanitized (inside of ice machine not clean, corrected by person in charge); improper date marking and disposition (precooked pasta dated more than seven days and some not dated; precooked meatballs not dated; mac and cheese dated more than seven days ago; 10 pounds discarded). A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violations corrected and score adjusted to 96.

• Mockingbird Catering, 2541 E. Wood St., Paris — Oct. 19. Score: 88. Critical violations: food not properly separated and protected (open bag of ready-to-eat chicken stored in contact with raw sausage in silver glass door refrigerator; rearranged during inspection); improper date marking and disposition (open ready-to-eat turkey, ham, chicken and chili dated more than seven days ago; approximately 10 pounds discarded during inspection). A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violations corrected and score adjusted to 97.

• L&L’s Bar & Grill, 334 E. Washington St., Paris — Oct. 19. Score: 94.

• 4-Way Grill, 6121 E. Antioch Road, Springville — Oct. 20. Score: 99.
