• Sportsman’s Lounge, 1297 E. Wood St., Paris — July 30. Score: 94. Critical violation: food not obtained from approved source (home-canned pickles and relish in refrigerator, discarded 5 pounds during inspection). A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violation corrected and score adjusted to 99.

• Moose Lodge kitchen, 3003 Dinkins Lane, Paris — July 30. Score: 90. Critical violation: toxic substances not properly identified, stored or used (chemicals and medicine stored on shelf with bottled water, individual dressings and hot chocolate mix in cabinets over microwave and bug spray stored on shelf above stove, chemicals relocated during inspection.) A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violation corrected and score adjusted to 95.

• Moose Lodge, 3003 Dinkins Lane, Paris — July 30. Score: 100.

• Paris Nutrition, 105 N. Brewer St., Paris — Aug. 3. Score: 93. A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with score adjusted to 95.

• Fresh Market Restaurant, 2255 E. Wood St., Paris — Aug. 4. Score: 98. This was a follow-up inspection, with critical violations corrected from July 21.
