A Paris man was arrested Friday morning by Henry County Sheriff’s Lt. Gary Vandiver of the Criminal Investigation Division for a sexual offense and drug-related crimes.
Timmy L. Olive, 59, 126 Broken Arrow Drive, was charged with criminal attempt to solicit a minor by electronic devices, possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An arrest report indicates Olive was taken into custody at 10:06 a.m. at his home.
Bond for Olive was set at $100,000 and he is scheduled to appear March 4 in Henry County General Sessions Court.
In unrelated incidents:
• A Paris man was arrested Thursday afternoon on Hill Road on various charges.
Dawson M. Charles, 21, 2019 Lone Oak Road, was apprehended by Sheriff’s Lt. Lance Perry at 1:47 p.m. and charged with evading arrest, reckless endangerment, possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
Charles is set to appear March 4 in General Sessions Court. His bond was set at $50,000.
• A Paris man was arrested Friday afternoon by Paris Police Sgt. Derrek Colley of the Metro Crime Unit for drugs and a DUI.
Raymond E. Fitzgerald, 60, 812 Cooper St., was charged with possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and driving under the influence.
He was taken into custody at 12:34 p.m. on East Wood Street.
Fitzgerald is scheduled to appear March 4 in General Sessions Court.
Her bond was set at $25,000.
• A man and woman from McKenzie were arrested Friday morning on State Line Road near Hazel on felony burglary charges.
Nathaniel L. Noah, 33, and Candace M. Xinos, 32, were both taken into custody by Sheriff’s Sgt. Bryan Hall at 6:55 a.m. and charged with burglary and theft of property over $1,000.
Both are scheduled to appear March 4 in General Sessions Court.
Noah’s bond was set at $7,500 while Xinos’ is $5,000.
