A 17-year-old junior at Henry County High School is the Hostess Princess of the 2019 World’s Biggest Fish Fry.
Paige Alexander, daughter of Monica Alexander of Springville and the late Levi Alexander, was crowned Saturday night at the pageant at Krider Performing Arts Center.
There were 15 contestants in the pageant who first competed in casual attire and later in evening gowns. The field was narrowed to ten and then to the final five.
Chosen as First Maid was Olivia Harber, 18, daughter of Lydia Flowers and Paul and Danyel Harber of Paris. She is an HCHS senior.
Second Maid is HCHS senior Caroline Elisabeth Gurton, 17, of Paris. She the daughter of Karla Gurton and Will Gurton.
Lexi Daniels, 17, was selected as Third Maid. A senior at HCHS, she is the daughter of Steve and Pam Daniels of Buchanan.
Chosen as Fourth Maid is Jessica Whalen, 16, daughter of Tim and Lori Whalen of Paris. She is a sophomore at HCHS.
MISS TEEN COURT
The 2019 Miss Teen Court was also chosen Saturday.
Mia Osbron of Paris was named Miss Teen out of a dozen contestants. She is the daughter of Mandi Jackson and Jason Osbron.
First Maid is BryLeigh Cate Hayes of Paris, the daughter of Chuck Hayes and Cheri Hayes. McKenna Thrower, daughter of Sherry and Michael Thrower of Henry is Second Maid.
Third Maid is Tatiana Sperber, the daughter of Debbie and Justin Sperber of Paris. Emma Brewer, daughter of Joe and Christina Brewer of Paris, was named Fourth Maid.
