A Paris man was arrested on Tuesday in Stewart County, along with a Murray woman, for various charges.
Jerry Lynn Clark, 40, of 200 Yates St. in Paris, and Sarah McCorry, 39, of Murray were arrested.
According to a social media post from the Stewart County Sheriff’s Department, both were charged with various drug charges and Clark was charged as a fugitive from justice.
McCorry and Clark also face charges related to the making of “pornographic movies” for profit on federal land. Those charges will be pursued by the U.S. Forestry Service.
The two were arrested after a check of a suspicious vehicle in the Gray’s Crossing area northeast of Tennessee Ridge.
Clark is charged in Stewart County with possession of a legend drug without a prescription; possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver; possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, violating an order of protection and being a fugitive from justice.
McCorry is charged in Stewart County with simple possession or a casual exchange and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
