• Paris Landing State Park golf course, 285 Golf Course Road, Paris — Oct. 9. Score: 97. This was a follow-up inspection, with critical violations corrected from Oct. 8.
• McDonald’s, 1019 Mineral Wells Ave., Paris — Oct. 10. Score: 100.
• Uncle Billy’s, 200 S. Market St., Paris — Oct. 10. Score: 93. Critical violation: Improper hot holding temperatures. A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violation corrected and score adjusted to 98.
• El Vaquero, 600 Spruce St., Paris — Oct. 11. Score: 79. Critical violations: Hands not clean and properly washed; bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods; handwashing sinks not properly supplied and accessible; food-contact surfaces not cleaned and sanitized; improper cold holding temperatures.

• Moose Lodge kitchen, 3003 Dinkins Lane, Paris — Oct. 15. Score: 92. Critical violation: Food not properly separated and protected. A follow-up inspection was completed the same day, with critical violation corrected and score adjusted to 98.
