Griffey sworn in as circuit judge

Bruce Griffey (right) of Paris thanks his parents, Walter and Carolyn Griffey (not pictured), after being sworn in Thursday evening as circuit court judge on the front steps of the Paris-Henry County Heritage Center. Behind him (from left) are his wife, Rebecca, who introduced him and gave the crowd of about 100 his background; and Chancellor Vicki Hoover of Paris, who administered the oath of office.

This is a nightmare for any defendant who happens to be Black or Brown. Get ready for an avalanche of appeals when he starts handing out 20 year sentences.

Lady,

Griffey is a nightmare for the 'Rule of Law' generally including substantive and procedural due process, judicial integrity, the application of both the letter and spirit of the law, offering parties to any matter a fair and impartial hearing is a reach too far for him and he fails the clean hands doctrine at every moment.

I am an expert in all things Griffey and available as a said expert fact witness to any party for a fee advanced to offset my direct and indirect costs to attend and testify about my first-hand knowledge of Griffey.
