PARIS TN: Some assembly required

Sealed crates wait for sunnier skies as they rest in a corner of the City of Paris Public Works lot Tuesday afternoon on East Washington Street. City Manager Kim Foster said the crates are part of the new tidal tank being installed at Eiffel Tower Park. Once installed, the tank will drop hundreds of gallons of water, causing a big tidal wave for the new splash pad being put in at the park. A delay in installation has been caused by heavy rains drenching the construction site, Foster said.
