PARIS TN: Closing time at Paris Landing State Park

A maintenance crew at Paris Landing State Park unloads barricades Friday that had been delivered by a Tennessee Department of Transportation truck shortly after an order was issued to close the park. A Friday statement from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation announced the closure of all 56 Tennessee state parks and state-owned natural areas to the public, starting Saturday and running through April 14. This is to comply with Gov. Bill Lee’s executive order. State officials will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. For more information, visit www.tnstateparks.com.
