American Red Cross phlebotomist Georgia Carman of Paducah takes blood from Valerie Taylor of Paris Friday morning during the organization’s blood drive in Paris. Carman said that 26 people made appointments to donate blood and the Red Cross received about a pint of blood. The Red Cross bus came to Paris from Paducah and was stationed in front of Four Seasons Sales and Service on East Wood Street.
