Santa arrives for visit in Paris

From left, Rudolph, Mrs. Claus, the jolly man himself and the Christmas Mouse arrive on the north side of the court square in downtown Paris Friday morning on the front bumper of a Paris Fire Department truck. A long line of children was waiting for Santa to find his place in his gingerbread house on the northwest corner of the square. In addition to visiting Santa, children enjoyed train rides, a petting zoo and games on the courthouse lawn. Santa will be in his house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and from 2-4 p.m. every Sunday through Dec. 22.
