Just another cuddly pet

Tiffany Ricketts (center) expresses her feelings about a 13-foot Granite Burmese python during the Exotic Pet Expo Saturday at the Henry County Fairgrounds. Meanwhile, little Grayson Carter (center) looks as though he might want to rest his head in the center of the snake. Andy Thornton (left) of Pandora’s Exotic Reptiles of Brownsville holds the python near its head. Also pictured at right during the close encounter are Paula Woods (back) and Lania Carter. Ricketts and her friends are from Rutherford. The expo, which featured all kinds of unusual pets, ranging from capuchin monkeys to iguanas, drew a large crowd throughout the day to the Enoch building.
