Honoring first responders as 20th anniversary of 9/11 approaches

Paris Police Investigator Sgt. Derrek Colley (left), supervisor of the Metro Crime Unit, and Paris Fire Department Chief Michael Williams grab some pizza Wednesday afternoon at Tom’s Pizza and Steak House on East Wood Street in Paris. Local law enforcement officers, firefighters and emergency medical service workers were treated to a free pizza buffet at Tom’s as a thanks for the work they do. The event was three days prior to the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001.
