Looking forward to the bash

The younger set is pitching in to help out with the Family Resource Center’s upcoming Back to School Bash. Claire Nash (right) and her friends, Anderson (second from left) and Emma (second from right), donate school supplies to Becky Holland (left) and Judy Goad (center) of the FRC. The three children were given honorary FRC Ambassador certificates. The center will be teaming up with The Shed, Trinity United Methodist Church and Tennessee Valley Community Church for the Back to School Bash from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 24 at the Henry County Fairgrounds. Children will be provided with free school supplies and backpacks. The bash will be a drive-through event, and children must be present in the vehicle. Giveaways will continue while supplies last.
