Jeffrey R. Mulderink, 59, of Cottage Grove died Monday, March 9, 2020, at his home.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today at McEvoy Funeral Home. Brother Lane Self of First Baptist Church in Dyer will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Nevin Miller, Hansel McCadams, Craig Akers, David Arnold, David Pierce, Les Davis and Marcus and Stephen Green.
Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.
Mulderink was born on Dec. 18, 1960, in Alsip, Ill. He was the son of Dolores Shimkus Mulderink of Clarksville, who survives, and the late Bernard Josephe Mulderink.
He was married on March 25, 2002, to Lisa Lee Davis Mulderink of Cottage Grove, who survives.
In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by a daughter, Chiara Mulderink Mink of Birmingham, Ala.; four sons, Nevarre M. Mulderink of Columbus, Ohio, Stephen A. Green of Abbotsford, Wisc., and Bradley K. Green and John Marcus Green, both of Paris; seven grandchildren; a sister, Dolores Mulderink Champaign of Bristol, Va.; and two brothers, John and Peter Mulderink, both of Clarksville.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Mulderink.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Paris. He was employed by Genuine Parts Co./RMDS of Atlanta.
