Former government consultant and Paris native Michael Davis, 73, of Sacramento, Calif., died Thursday, June 20, 2019, at his home after a six-year battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
His funeral mass was Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sacramento.
Arrangements were handled by All Faith Cremation in Sacramento.
Davis was born in 1945 in Paris. He was the son of the late L.R. Miller and Mary Davis.
He was married on Oct. 12, 1975 to Kathy Davis of Sacramento, who survives.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by three sons: Aaron (Erica) Davis, Kristopher (Katelyn) Davis and Justin Davis; four grandchildren; three brothers, Randy, Gary and Jeff Davis; and two sisters, Elise Howard and Melinda Martin.
Davis was a graduate of the University of Southern California. He founded a government consulting business, The Davis Company, in Sacramento.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association in his honor.
