Former Henry Farmers Co-op worker William Albert Norman, 72, of Paris died Monday, Oct. 21, 2019, at Henry County Medical Center.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Dale Gallimore officiating.
Pallbearers will be Pat Paschall, Ricky Orr, Dennis McClure and Kelly, Keith and George Norman.
Burial will be in the Foundry Hill Community of Christ Cemetery in Puryear.
Visitation is scheduled for 4-7 p.m. today and will continue from 11 a.m. until the service begins Thursday at the funeral home.
Norman was born Jan. 26, 1947, in Puryear. He was the son of the late Elmus Loyce “Buck” and Maudlean Hendrix Norman.
He is survived by two sons, Keith Norman of Paris and Kelly (Lisa Oakley) Norman of Hernando, Miss.; a grandson, Lucas Norman of Buchanan; three sisters: Kathy Myers of Springville, Willodean Overby of Puryear and Margaret Faye Hudson of Louisville, Ky.; a brother, George (Kathy) Norman of Huntingdon; and a companion, Betty Boane of Paris.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Treva Berkley; and a brother, Jimmy Franklin Norman.
Norman was retired from the Henry Farmer’s Co-op, where he worked for 35 years. He enjoyed gardening, yard work, and going to Henry County High School football games.
