Lady Patriots finish with a victory

With Tuesday’s home match with Huntingdon being called off by bad weather, the Henry County High School girls’ soccer team completed the regular season by beating Kenwood 10-0 on Monday in Clarksville. Lady Patriot Bonnie Nance (left) is shown following through on a pass during that contest. Ava Raines scored four goals while adding an assist for Henry County. Emily Nanney hit for two goals with an assist. Carlee Vaughn, Isabella Owen, Leslie Green and Campbell Grooms all chipped in goals. Henry County (10-2) will begin play in the District 14-4A tournament next Tuesday. Opponents, game sites and starting times will be announced later.
