HUNTER SAFETY CLASS TO BEGIN MONDAY

Fall hunting seasons are fast approaching and youngsters who need to get registered and complete a Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency hunter safety class to qualify for hunting are reminded of a class opening up Monday night.

Dates of the next class are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of next week. The class will skip Wednesday night.

It will be held at Russwood Baptist Church, 695 Pineview Drive, Springville. Participation is free but all those planning to attend must register online at TWRA’s website: www.tnwildlife.org.

Henry County Wildlife Officer Steve Brewer will teach the class. Students are required to bring their social security number and pencil.

Participants must be at least 9 years of age and attend all classes. Hours of the class are 6-9 p.m. each night.

Many adults take the class with their children, as everyone can benefit from hunter safety classes.
